If you are ready to explore working together, the first step is simple. Please complete the secure contact form below. Once submitted, I will reach out to you directly via phone or email to schedule your complimentary, 15-minute phone consultation.
Please note: To protect your privacy, please keep the details in your initial contact form message brief. We will discuss your history and clinical goals in depth during our consultation call.
What happens after I fill out the contact form?
Once you submit the form, I will personally review your information and reach out to you within 24–48 business hours to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This brief call lets us discuss what you are experiencing, ensure my evidence-based approach is the right fit for your goals, and coordinate your initial intake appointment.
Where are you located, and do you offer remote sessions?
I operate a hybrid practice offering both in-person and virtual therapy. My physical office is located in Spokane, Washington, for clients who prefer face-to-face sessions. Because I hold active Marriage and Family Therapist licenses across four states, I also provide secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth sessions to individuals living anywhere in Washington, California, Idaho, and Oregon.
What are your fees?
My current fee schedule is structured as follows:
Initial Intake Assessment: $255
55-Minute Individual Session: $200
Alternative session lengths are prorated based on the standard 55-minute rate.
Please note: My fees will be increasing on January 1st. At that time, rates will adjust to $275 for the initial intake assessment and $220 per 55-minute individual session.
Do you take insurance?
I operate a private-pay practice, meaning I do not bill insurance companies directly. Fees are due at the time of each session. Operating as an out-of-network provider allows us full freedom over your treatment plan, pacing, and privacy, independent of insurance company mandates and restrictions.
Can I use my out-of-network benefits?
Yes. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network behavioral health benefits, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement. If your treatment meets the criteria for a formal clinical diagnosis, I can provide you with a monthly document called a "superbill" upon request. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement depending on your specific plan's policies.
How do I find out if my insurance will reimburse me?
I highly recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card before our first session. You can ask them:
Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits for individual outpatient therapy?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage of the session fee is covered once the deductible is met?
